Poly-B Replacement Restoration in Kelowna & the Okanagan
Replacing your Poly-B? Your plumber fixes the pipes. We put your home back together.
A Poly-B repipe leaves openings in walls and ceilings, often 15 to 25 of them in a typical home. Okanagan Ceiling Refinishers follows right behind your plumber to patch every opening, match your texture and finish with premium paint, so your home looks like nothing ever happened.

A West Kelowna Poly-B restoration, start to finish

Why homeowners are replacing Poly-B
Poly-B (polybutylene) piping was installed in many Okanagan homes built between 1978 and 1995. Many insurers now ask about it, and buyers often want it replaced before they purchase. Replacing it protects your home, and restoring the walls and ceilings properly protects its value.
What we do after your repipe
- Protection first: floor protection and dust containment before work starts
- Drywall repair: every plumbing opening patched, taped and finished
- Insulation: replaced where it was disturbed
- Texture matching: knockdown, orange peel, popcorn or smooth ceilings blended to match
- Premium paint: colour-matched and finished edge to edge
- Clean-up: we leave your home clean and tidy

Poly-B restoration FAQs
Do you replace the Poly-B pipes?
We do not do plumbing ourselves. Your licensed plumber replaces the pipes, and we restore the walls and ceilings afterwards. If you don’t have a plumber yet, we can connect you with licensed local plumbers we trust.
How long does the restoration take?
Most homes take a few days once the plumbing is complete and inspected. We give you a schedule with your estimate.
Can you match my ceiling texture?
Yes. Texture matching is our specialty, from popcorn and knockdown to smooth ceilings.
Will it be messy?
We protect your floors and furniture and use dust containment, and we clean up at the end of every day.
Should I tell my insurance company?
Many homeowners update their insurer once Poly-B is replaced. Check with your insurance provider about what they require.
